To create a transparent, accountable, and inclusive Broadway where every resident feels valued and heard. By promoting open governance, encouraging community involvement, and prioritizing the well-being of all citizens, I envision a future where Broadway stands as a model of effective and responsible local governance.
Leveraging her extensive experience in strategic planning, Joan aims to implement forward-thinking initiatives that anticipate the future needs of Broadway. By developing comprehensive, long-term plans, she seeks to ensure sustainable growth and development, addressing challenges proactively and seizing opportunities that benefit the entire community.
With a strong analytical mindset and a focus on results, Joan is committed to managing the town’s budget and resources effectively. Her experience with yearly budget processes and monitoring projected vs actual spend demonstrates her capability in financial planning and oversight. Joan will ensure that every dollar is spent wisely, prioritizing projects that provide the greatest benefit to the residents of Broadway.
Joan believes in the power of data-driven decision-making to enhance town services and governance. By continuously evaluating performance and seeking areas for improvement, she aims to make Broadway’s operations more efficient and effective. Her background in process improvement and customer service transformation highlights her ability to implement changes that lead to significant improvements in service quality and satisfaction.
Believing that every resident’s voice matters, Joan will create more opportunities for community input. She will establish forums, surveys, and advisory committees to gather feedback and ideas from citizens. This inclusive approach will help shape policies and initiatives that truly reflect the needs and desires of the community.
